- Or school leaving/educational board passing certificate with clear mention of DOB parameters.

- Digital confirmation slip of trial registration fee payment processed via the secure portal.

- Clear, front-facing, latest colored photographs with no headwear overlays.

- Accredited School ID Card
- Official Indian Passport

- Operational mobile number linked with database registers for tournament timeline notifications.

- Full residential verification location fields paired with correct localized PIN code.
Critical Operational Warning
Aspirants who fail to present any of the verified documentation packages listed above **will be strictly prohibited** from entering selection trial bounds. Ensure to **bring clean physical hard copies** directly to the trial venue gates and email scanned verification PDFs to **info@bigstarscricketleague.com** in advance.
Discrepancy & Forfeiture Disclaimer
If any structural **mismatch or data discrepancy** is identified between the date of birth entered in the electronic registration portal and the official physical proof produced, your athlete profile will be **instantly disqualified**. Under this administrative action, the trial registration fee is **permanently forfeited**. No refund criteria can be triggered under any circumstances.
